Youth: Must be over 16 by June 1. 
Resident or member of a congregation in Wilkinsburg.  

Dates June 18 – July 19.  No work on July 4 or 5 

Position Three positions

Work Days Tuesday – Friday    9 am – 4 pm
Note: no work on Mondays

Transportation provided to work site. Location to be announced.

Lunch Provided at work site    

Work Includes introduction to construction trades

Demolition of houses

Compensation $1,000 if program is completed.

Responsibilities Must be on time and present all 18 days
Must wear work t-shirt which will be provided everyday

Application due June 1

Interviews week of June 3.  Will be called with time and location

Must bring to interview:  Social Security Card or Birth Certificate,  Proof of address and work permit if under 18 years old

A Partnership with Wilkinsburg Sanctuary Project & Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh

WSP and RTP are hiring 3 youth who are 16 years and older as of June 1 for 4 weeks of work during which they will participate in demolitions and learn basic construction skills.  Youth will work Tuesday through Friday from 9-4, June 18-July 19 with July 4th and 5th off. Transportation and lunch are provided. Each intern receives a stipend of $1,000 upon completion of the 4 - week program

• Interviews will be conducted the week of June 3-7.  Applicants will be informed by June 7.
