Please note that all applicants must be between the ages of 14-22 years old as of June 1, 2026. Any applicant 16 or younger will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a permission form before the start of the program. For applications submitted via the online form below, a permission form will need to be signed by a parent or guardian in person.

Parents/Guardians can sign the releases on either Saturday, June 13 from 10 AM-noon and 2-4 PM at the Ethnan Temple Seventh Day Adventist Church on Wood and North Avenues, or come to the Orientation on Monday, June 15, from noon-3:30 PM.

WITHOUT A PARENTAL/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE IN PERSON, A YOUTH WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK.
